Send it on back! We happily accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in brand new condition. Ship it to: ellembee gift, 1155 S. Milford Road, Highland, MI 48357. Pop a note in the package telling us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and where to send the exchange). You cover shipping to get it back to us, and we'll cover shipping to get your exchange back to you. Easy peasy.
